1ST Entree Selection – Full listed price or highest per person cost entree
2ND Entree selection – Add an additional $4.00 per person cost
3RD Entree selection – Add an additional $2.00
* You provide the tortillas and we will provide the chafing dishes for the food line
*Price includes lemonade and coffee
*Food lines can stay open for 3 hours max
* If you want the room after midnight add an additional $200.00 per hour, maximum 1:00 AM
*The band / D.J. and bar must stop playing or serving 1/2 hour before the end of your event.
(If the band requires more time for tear down then they need to stop sooner)
* When a DJ or Band is used 4 speakers maximum will be aloud.
*The rooms(s) must be completely empty by the scheduled out time, including the band, DJ, and guests
*If you have a band, the volume must be reasonable for us to hear people at the bar, and at a level that does not disrupt the adjacent business and neighbors. If we feel that the volume is excessive or we get complaints, we will come to you and ask you to tell the band to turn down the volume. If this process does not solve the situation then we will have the ability to shut the power off until all parties understand, and agree to comply.
*If we find any of your guests bringing in their own bottles of liquor, we will confiscate them and add $80.00 per bottle found to your final invoice
* A $300.00 cleaning fee will be added to the cost of the event.
*Bottled beer is available per the case and costs $2.00 per bottle or $48.00 per case.
